SECTION 4 – E-COMMERCE HOSTING and PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
Our store is hosted by Host Europe GmbH. They provide us with the online hosting platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Host Europe’s data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Payment data
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then you will be redirected to a 3’rd party that stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
